The Brief:
To create a sponsored flash micro site with accompanying promo Tags and Flash banners for a dual OnLine and OnAir campaign. The site needed to have minimal page locations yet show character profiles, plot synopsis and incorporate a competition.
Our Approach:
Using the assets supplied to us, we developed a main page approach that through interaction provided viewers with the information required in the brief. Using silhouettes that would reveal themselves on mouse clicks added mystery and involvement without navigating away from the home page too often. This also gave rise to the competition, which was to guess and thus reveal who the 'mystery' character was, information that could be gained from the trailer also available on the site. Using the films brand of colours and lightning graphics made for a dynamic site and campaign that sat with the film. The promo Tags that were placed on the end of the trailers, as well as the banners, used the same 'comic book' appeal and meant the campaign remained synonymous throughout.
